Lillian has called in a specialty nurse. She complains wants to pee all the time and has almost wet her panties at work. Ava Mae examines with thermometer, stethoscope and measures her cardio pressure. But when she presses on Lillian's bladder it almost males her wet herself.

Nurse Ava Mae tells Lillian she should be in a diaper so she could just let it go. It is not healthy to hold it in.
She diapers Lillian who protests. Only babies wear diapers.

She tells Lillian she will be back the next day to check and Lillian should spend the night in a diaper.
But Lillian takes it off then nods off.

The next morning her nurse is back. She promptly sees Lillian did not keep the diaper on and wet her bed.
Justifiably angry she spanks Lillian and diapers her again.

Ava Mae says she needs Regression Therapy. She needs to regress to her babyhood when she was not toilet trained and then progress to being toilet trained as she grows up again.
Lillian needs to spend many weeks at her Regression Clinic
Lillian gets dressed in adult clothes over her diaper and both leave her bedroom

Ava Mae says welcome to my Regression Clinic. You will be staying here for quite a long time.
Lillian asks "What about my job, friends etc?"
Ava Mae replies "This is unavoidable and must be done to cure you of your incontinence".

In the Regression Clinic Ava Mae dresses her in baby clothes and puts her in a playpen. She catches Lillian climbing out and gives her another spank before clamping on manacles and restraining her in it.
Now she is back to babyhood Lillian is breast fed, spoon fed, has her diaper changed many times and gets a good OTK spanking on her bare bottom for being continually naughty.

She is also put down in her cot for naps.

Lillian's therapist shows Lillian how to use the potty. She hoists up her uniform and squats on the potty and does a big pee in it. Lillian is quite shocked and does not think she could do that. Especially in front of another person.

Finally Lillian realises she has no option but to stay for an extended period of time so she can grow out of her incontinence and be toilet trained.
It may be weeks or months or maybe never!
